How do I place an order?

Browse or search for what you need, add it to your cart, then check out. You'll confirm your delivery details and pay before the order is placed.

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse freely. You'll sign in or register when you check out so we can confirm your delivery details and let you track your orders.

How do I track my order?

Use Track Order and enter your order number, or open it under Account → Orders to see its latest status.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support as soon as you can. Orders that haven't been dispatched yet can usually be changed or cancelled.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all 10 districts of Lesotho, and we're always expanding our coverage.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated from your district and the seller, and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the seller and your district. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

Payments

How can I pay?

You can pay with M-PESA or offline payment. The available options are shown at checkout.

Is it safe to pay?

Payments are processed securely, and your order is only placed once your payment is confirmed.

Returns & refunds

What if an item arrives damaged or isn't as described?

Contact support and we'll help you arrange a return or refund. Please get in touch as soon as you notice the problem.

How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Our support team will guide you through the steps.

How do I find and hire a service provider?

Post your job describing the service you need, your location and any details. Once suitable matches are found, you can review provider profiles — qualifications, ratings and reviews — and choose who to work with.

How does payment for services work?

Payments are handled securely through the method listed on the provider's profile. You pay once the job is completed to your satisfaction.
